The platform provides greater autonomy in property management, focused on Landlords and Tenants initially based in Australia. 

The use of Flutter Framework as a plugin for the company was planned to improve the usability, scalability and internationalization, considering the increase in user traffic and daily transactions on the platform.

The improvements were considered at the technological level and use cases, within the main characteristics were: publication and administration of properties, direct communication between stakeholders, contracts and digital signature, identity verification with third parties, and improvements in response times in the navigation.
